About the Position

The ideal candidate is outgoing and loves talking to people. We are looking for someone who enjoys calling customers and potential customers on the phone, has exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a CRM (preferably Hubspot). The day-to-day responsibilities may include tasks such as calling into veterinary practices to book/re-book site demos, calling into veterinary practices to post-demo to encourage sign-up, assisting with Hubspot operations.

What you’ll do

  • Call veterinary practices to book first-time demos, re-book existing demos, and encourage signup after an attended demo

  • Speaking with clinics gatekeepers and decision-makers

  • Handle recurring and one-off operational tasks in Hubspot

  • Help support our full-time sales reps

  • Assist with email marketing efforts

What you'll need

  • Experience with outbound or sales phone calls

  • High level of comfort working with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets

  • General knowledge/understanding of a CRM system (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • A positive attitude, along with a strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and a willingness to learn

  • Ability to allocate at least 20 hours/week over the course of the summer

Starting pay: $15/hour

This is a fully remote position. We're looking for individuals who can allocate at least 20 hours/week to this assignment. We are able to accommodate flexible scheduling between the hours of 9am and 7pm est Monday through Friday.

In addition to the hourly rate, we will provide bonuses based on performance!
