About the Role
As an intern with the Sales and Growth team at HitPay, you’ll get to learn and gain hands-on experience in go-to-market sales strategies with a fast-growing startup.
The internship is a 3-month program, with the potential to extend for an additional 3 months and potentially join the team at the end of 6 months.
Throughout the program, you’ll be assigned to a HitPay sales and growth mentor to help you track your progress and provide proactive feedback. If you are responsible and self-motivated, we would love to have you on the team.
What you can look forward to:
- Understand the outbound and inbound sales process of a multinational tech startup
- Get hands-on experience pitching HitPay’s products to customers in your assigned market, with 1-on-1 feedback from your assigned mentor
- Learn how to track leads and build your own leads list
- Learn how to measure and track key go-to-market startup metrics

Minimum Intern Requirements
- Final-year student
- Available for at least 3 months
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong interest in fintech, and learning about go-to-market strategy and sales
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a remote working environment
- [Optional but preferred] Able to speak and write fluently in another language besides English, especially German, Italian, Luxembourgish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, Czech, Danish, and/or Swedish
