The Role

The core responsibility of this role is to lead a sales team on the front line to drive revenue growth with new and existing clients. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer to improve sales processes, spearhead strategic growth initiatives, and exceed the company’s revenue targets.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop new sales plans and strategies to help company achieve it’s revenue goals.
  • Be a hands on manager working with your team on call and meeting coaching, pipeline management, upselling, cross-selling, and continuous sales training.
  • Build, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving full-cycle sales team from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent knowledge of the product and feedback on improving restaurant sales and operations.
  • Strategically utilize CRM and dashboards to drive productivity; identify areas of improvement and team members that require additional coaching.
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and drive product feedback to pinpoint cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

About You

  • 6+ years of experience working in a high volume, full sales cycles role from lead generation to closing.
  • 2+ years managing a team of Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Experience working for a restaurant technology company with a proven book of business, network, and relationships - MUST HAVE
  • Coach and develop your team to be the very best.
  • Experience managing a sales team selling at trade shows and conferences - MUST HAVE
  • Ability to navigate sales and internal tools quickly (CRM, Sales Tech Stack, Google Apps).
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated by the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments (ie operations, engineering, product, and success) to build solutions
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze and identify areas of improvement.
  • You’re an a pro at executing and scaling strategies, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

  • $120-130k base, $180-200k OTE
