We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our customer base and scale our sales engine.
As the first point of contact for potential customers, you’ll identify pain points, generate leads, and convert interest into opportunities. You’ll work hands-on with the founders in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of outreach, discovery, and relationship-building across the entire sales funnel.

What you will be working on
- Work directly with the CEO on high-impact sales initiatives
- Own the full prospecting cycle — from identifying potential leads to engaging and converting them via phone, email, and social media
- Experiment with and implement new inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
- Develop deep product, market, and customer understanding to tailor pitches and close deals
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target accounts
- Create and refine sales materials, scripts, and templates; lead internal knowledge sharing.
- Engage with prospects daily, build relationships, and feed insights back to the product team
What we're looking for
- You’re outgoing, energetic, enjoy talking to customers and like to convince people
- You have first experience in sales (ideally SaaS/tech/B2B) and have worked in high-growth environments (e.g. startup, consulting)
- You are highly entrepreneurial and take full ownership of diverse tasks
- You’re ambitious, resilient and willing to work hard in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- You’re a strong team player while you also proactively step up to lead initiatives when needed
- You want to work in-person in Munich with a higher intensity than in a 9-5 job
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English.

The target total compensation (cash+bonus) for this position is €50,000-€100,000 annually. Actual offers and compensation are based on specific job duties, experience, performance, total rewards structure, and other considerations.
