As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary focus will be conducting targeted outreach via email and/or calls to engage potential prospects. You'll play a vital role in generating new leads, initiating meaningful conversations, and nurturing relationships with potential customers. Your proactive approach to cold outreach will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Duties & Responsibilities
- 100% outbound; high volume of daily outreach via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Experiment with different audiences, messaging, and channels to generate Enterprise opportunities
- Effectively following up with prospects with a sense of urgency
- Hold ownership over pipeline generation.
- Organize and take thorough notes on prospects.
- Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
- Learn about our product inside and out and be able to give demos customized to the needs of different types of customers.
- Collaborate with our CEO and sales team to hone and develop outreach strategies
Qualifications
- You have 1 year+ of experience in sales or sales development in saas tech or a high-growth environment
- Experience making cold calls to decision makers
- A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
- A tireless positive attitude with strong grit, especially when navigating unchartered territories
- You are energized to be part of the building phase for the revenue team in a hypergrowth company
- A love for getting to know new people and helping them solve their business problems
