What We're Looking For

We highly value an entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills. While 80% of our team are former founders at Roboflow, the drive to work autonomously, innovate, and adapt is paramount.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, forging strong relationships with potential customers through phone, email, and Zoom.
  • Drive leads through our marketing funnel, from the first touchpoint to scheduling meetings for the sales team and re-engaging leads that have gone cold.
  • Move leads through our marketing funnel with the ultimate goal of scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads that have gone cold or quiet, and create post-demo drip campaigns and other lead nurturing assets.
  • Respond to inquiries from paid ads, in-app requests or via the forms on our website.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to regularly assess the quality of inbound lead flow and experiment with new, creative ways to reach our ideal customers.
  • Be a product expert. First impressions are everything, so the better you understand our product, the more value you can add to customer interactions early in the sales cycle.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Build pipeline by proactively pursuing companies that can benefit from partnering with Roboflow via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

📅 Within one month, you will…

  • Spend the first week onboarding in person with your manager (you'll come to our NY or SF Hub!)
  • Start building a trusting relationship with your peers, and learning the company structure.
  • Ship a substantial new feature to an end user or to our team within your first week
  • Build your first Roboflow computer vision product (if you haven't already)
  • Start shadowing calls and getting facetime with customers/prospects

📅 Within three months, you will…

  • Start leading your own customer/prospect calls
  • Become familiar with Roboflow, computer vision, our use cases, and some competitors
  • Carry a full quota with the rest of the team
  • Be fielding inbound leads and attacking outbound accounts on your own
  • Provide feedback and contribute to our game plan and playbook.

📅 Within six months, you will…

  • Attend your first all company onsite
  • Be ramped up on other relevant parts of the Roboflow product.
  • Be consistently achieving and/or succeeding quota
  • Have a strong and lasting impact to our new logo sales process at Roboflow.

Who You Are

You are a self motivated, driven individual with a sincere sense of competition. You want to be part of (and take part in building) an exceptional team, with a focus on using Roboflow's computer vision tools to impact and improve every industry.

Who You'll Be Working With

We are currently a team of 36 team members located all over the US and Europe. Our team’s backgrounds range from high school whiz kids that organized a student club, former founders of technology companies and fashion lines, CMOs to CEOs, and have experience scaling businesses to millions in revenue. We want to work with exceptional people with a diverse background. At this early stage, you'll have the ability to work cross-functionally with many members of the team and solve a wide array of problems.

You will directly be working with our Head of Sales, SDR Lead, Account Executives, Field Engineers and a team of other SDRs.

Where You'll Work

Roboflow is distributed across the US and Europe. We currently have Hubs in New York City San Francisco and are looking for an SDR to join one of these locations.

Our customer-facing roles require working standard working hours based on your timezone.

What You'll Receive

To determine your salary, we use a number of market and data-driven salary sources. We review all salaries every 6 months to ensure we stay in line with the market.

💰 The target compensation for this role is [$60,000 - $100,000] base.
