Through our integrated technology platform, we connect brands to a network of warehouses and logistics partners, connecting to all the major sales platforms; Lazada, Shopee, Woocommerce, and Shopify to build Supply Chain as a Service.
Our mission is to democratize the supply chain and support the rapid and exciting expansion of eCommerce across APAC.
This role is part of the Commercial team, which is a collection of talented individuals from all areas of Sales, Growth, Marketing, and expansion. They focus on the growth at LOCAD through both inbound and outbound marketing and business development.
What you’ll focus on…
- As an SDR at LOCAD, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and contacts to ensure we are reaching out to ideal customer profiles
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers
- Research relevant companies, connect with PIC or key contacts
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to educate them on LOCAD’s services.
- Qualify those prospects to determine whether or not they’re a good fit for LOCAD.
- Organize and take thorough notes on prospects in Hubspot CRM/tools
- Become a content specialist in Locad’s offering, provide potential customers with a detailed overview.
- Feedback to the product team the improvement our customers requires
- Report to the Sales Manager and Team on prospective clients, your sales performance, and other KPIs
- Support LOCAD’s expansion markets (AU, SG) with 7 am to 4 pm shift
