About the Role
In Orchata, we help food distributors and local businesses become an online grocery store to deliver their products in a faster and more convenient way to their own customers.
We are currently recruiting top talent for our Sales Team. If you're some one who is passionate about acquiring new customers, applying sales strategies to grow at 10x, and you've a commercial background of at least 2 years, you've find the right path for your career in Orchata.
As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible to deliver good quality prospects who will need Orchata’s Online Store Solution.
You will have the opportunity to be in contact with grocery retailers and senior sales account managers.

What You’ll Do
Introducing our company to potential clients
Contact, qualify and follow-up prospect pipeline.
Schedule Demo appointments with Account Managers.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Customize the service offer to increase customer satisfaction
Document prospects insights in order to improve sales process.
Document value-prop insights in order to improve the attractiveness of the product.
What the Candidate Will Need?
-Previous work experience as Business Development Representative or similar.
-Minimum experience of 2+ years in commercial areas.
-It is preferred that you have worked in areas related to e-commerce or startups.
-Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
-Proven results of targets & goals achieved
-Understanding sales performance metrics
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Startup mentality required (taking ownership, being accountable and having a hands-on approach).
