The SDR role at Landed provides a unique opportunity - we're looking for talented, ambitious SDRs who can manage high velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification, while also navigating a scrappy yet strategic sales process.
As a SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners for Landed. We’re building a team from the ground up that will require a “winning” attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. As one of the first SDRs at Landed, you will have the opportunity to help shape process and build pipeline. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your sales career! This position reports directly to the CEO.
What You'll Do:
• Manage a high volume of outbound calls and communications daily to cold & warm prospects (100+ per day)
• Achieve monthly metrics, and weekly and daily targets
• Employ our highly consultative, non-pushy sales methodology
• Resilience. You will face rejection often. You must be resilient and know that each rejection brings you closer to your next success
• Quickly assess the quality of a prospect to determine the viability of sales opportunities
• Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
• Run product demonstrations
• Build strong networks in and outside the Landed organization
• Collaborate with the team to improve our processes and add efficiencies for the team
• Adapt to changes in your process - we are always development and testing new ideas
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
An Ideal Candidate would have:
• 1-2+ Years in similar sales or development role required
• Ability to work in a fast paced SaaS Environment
• Ability to quickly develop relationships and establish credibility through consultative needs based conversation
• Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our prospects’ business needs
• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and handling rejections
• Must have a positive attitude, confident, and desire to be the best
• Reliable, strong and positive work ethic
• Strong organization and time management skills and ability to work independently
• BA/BS degree
