The SDR role at AiSupervision provides a unique opportunity - we're looking for talented, ambitious SDRs who can manage high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification, while also navigating a very strategic sales process.
As a SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers and channel partners for AiSupervision. We’re building a team from the ground up that will require a “winning” attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. As the first SDR at AiSupervision, you will have the opportunity to help shape processes and build the pipeline to support our CEO immediately. Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of strategies for outbound lead generation
- Research, identification and approach of new potential customers
- Resolution and clarification of the requirements of our target group
- Building relationships to establish an engaged dialogue with our target customers
- You will be collaborating and learning directly from our CEO Sascha
- Owning the early stages of the sales process - generating and qualifying new sales leads
Requirements
- You already have experience in exchange with customers, preferably in the B2B area (eg: call center, event management, etc.)
- You are passionate about software products and ready to work with them
- You identify yourself as an active listener who communicates purposefully and with conviction and is always proactive
- You can create trust and enthusiasm with potential customers through your positive, energetic and creative way
- You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills in written and spoken German
