About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. You may also be required to process timesheets.

To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

What You Will Do

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Expand Kasual’s sales leads by opening, reaching, and building up new potential categories/clients from various industries; notably from outside the beauty industry.

• Maintain good relationships with clients.

• Plan and manage sales strategy to ensure the sales growth and target.

• Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

• Collaborate with internal team/divisions including Content Team, Creative Team, Marketing Team, Finance Team, and E-Commerce Team.

• Direct, train, and monitor the activities and performance of the sales team.

• Increase the efficiency of online and offline sales through data-driven decision-making.

• Deliver sales reports and dashboards across the company.

Requirements

• Minimum have 4 years working experience in the same field.

• Prior experience of handling sales in the online media industry plus having a strong connection/networks with brands & various industries/categories are highly preferable.

• Numbers and data-driven: Adept at using data for day-to-day decision-making and for driving strategic initiatives.

• Preferably familiar with consumer web domain and internet/e-commerce business.

• Attention to details, G-Suites and excel savvy.

• Open to changes and dynamics.

• Strong leadership, good team player, adept and experienced in managing & leading a small team.

• Excellent intrapersonal, negotiation, communication skills, and can influence people at the right level.

• Speaks English & Bahasa Indonesia fluently.

• Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences

• Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly

• Experienced in product management lifecycle and design thinking

• Experienced in “growth” roles and having an understanding of growth analytics like funnel and cohort analysis

• Relevant work experience as growth team, business/data analyst, PMO, business process improvement, or management consultant

• Experience in business growth/strategy and/or tech consulting Industry would be an advantage
