What you’ll do
As we continue our success and global expansion, we are hiring an exceptional Regional Vice President, East Region to further develop, lead and grow our East Coast Brand & Agency Sales efforts for the entire DV product portfolio. The ideal candidate is a highly engaging, intelligent, and solution-oriented revenue leader with a deep-rooted client network and understanding of the modern digital media and ad tech ecosystems. Successful candidates possess extraordinary leadership qualities and a proven track record of leading and growing successful sales teams in the region with complex sales cycles. The role provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, highly collaborative, and dynamic leader to join an industry leader and directly impact the growth of a company transforming the future of the digital media industry.
- Design and implement data-driven, strategic revenue strategies to expand Brand Direct, Agency, and Programmatic revenue; further reinforce DV’s reputation as a trusted leader in brand safety, verification, targeting, and measurement solutions
- Lead, develop and mentor a seasoned, high performing sales team through active coaching, performance management, goal setting, and recruitment
- Initiate relationships with prospective DV clients in the region to promote long-lasting, strategic client partnerships and accelerated revenue growth
- Establish relationships with existing DV clients to ensure continuity of ongoing partnership; includes working w/ account management teams to ensure flawless market expansion, execution, and client satisfaction
- Provide effective Salesforce Pipeline Management + New Business Forecasting + Client Target Prioritization to drive sustained market impact
- Provides accurate revenue reporting and strategic updates to the management team, including presentation of revenue and forecasting reports
- Partner with w/cross-functional internal support teams as appropriate to ensure flawless deal design (i.e. deal mechanics) and execution
- Demonstrates agile, proactive problem-solving skill-sets
- Drives an inclusive, positive, and collaborative culture across the broader region, and actively participates as a key member of the Americas Commercial leadership team
- Partner with internal client support teams to ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Attend key industry events and speak as an ambassador of DoubleVerify to the larger digital marketing industry
Who you are
- Proven business leader with deep industry expertise and significant experience selling media, data, technology, and/or software solutions to multiple stakeholders at large brands and agencies
- Proven track record of successfully managing, mentoring, and growing sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals with a diverse revenue pipeline
- Process-oriented, organized and disciplined, highly adept at working with sales teams to drive the sales process from planning to close, and through complex sales cycles
- Deep and established network at leading Digital + Media Agencies and Brand Marketers, including Media, Strategy, Investment, Operations, Analytics, Social, Video, etc.
- Highly engaging and persuasive communicator, with an innate ability to present complex subject matter into easily digestible content for client consumption throughout various levels and functions within an organization
- Bachelors or Master’s degree or comparable experience
- 15+ years experience in Digital Media / Ad Technology sales
