About MosaicVoice (Y-Combinator, Winter 2022)
At MosaicVoice, we’re using artificial intelligence to transform the way call centers operate.
The problem: Despite the size and complexity of the call center market (valued at nearly half-a-trillion dollars annually), the day-to-day workflows and processes remain cumbersome and inefficient. Agents read from scripts and quality assurance is done by manually listening to call recordings.
The MosaicVoice solution: Our software leverages the power of real-time transcription, streaming analytics and artificial intelligence to automate much of the call center workflow.
Our software listens to 100% of customer conversations as they happen and ensures agents stay on message and manage customer questions and objections appropriately. When agents go off script or violate a compliance rule, agents and managers are sent an immediate alert. Once the call is complete, our AI provides a fully customizable scorecard that is available immediately.
Our investors include Y-Combinator, Tier I VC firms and well-known angels.
Technical requirements
- 5 years of software engineering in a professional setting
- 3 years of full stack web application development (JavaScript front end, any backend, DB - Postgres preferred)
- Experience with Ruby-on-rails preferred or in similarly opinionated frameworks
- 1 year of AWS development (as a user okay, bonus for infrastructure-as-code)
- Heroku experience a plus
- Exposure to machine learning or eagerness to learn, with python
- Proficiency in the Mac / Linux environment, but also in the Windows environment for occasional client development (with electron)
- Participate in tier II support rotation

About the team
MosaicVoice was founded by a team of call center industry veterans.
Julian, Co-founder and CEO, has spent his career in various call center consulting and finance roles. Chishun, Co-founder and CTO, has spent two decades in the voice analytics space including senior roles at Genesys and ExecVision. The broader team includes engineers with deep expertise in the call center software space, a best-in-class customer success leader and sales executives with years of experience in the industry.
