About the role:
As our Rewards Partnership Manager, you’ll be working with partners to design, implement and manage our rewards and cashback programs. You will be tasked to identify the most ideal partners to collaborate with and build the best rewards program that our customers can benefit from. You will be the primary point for the partners we work with and be responsible for strengthening our product value proposition through our rewards and cashback program.
What you will be doing:
• Identify, prioritize, and onboard potential partners for our rewards and cashback programs
• Assist to build a winning value proposition with the identified partners
•Design, implement and manage the rewards program
•The primary point of contact for our partners to resolve any issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and improve the rewards program
• Track, report, and review performance of rewards program to the management
• Stay abreast of the market trends and competitor landscape to shape and improve our rewards program
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
• Min. 3 years experience dealing with cards/loyalty/rewards systems or partnerships in fintech or banks
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business or related field
• Strong organization, negotiation skills and follow up with partners
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and the ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity
• Self-driven to deliver, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
