Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of month-end journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules in a timely manner.
- Responsible for processing monthly invoices to customers.
- Perform detailed tracking of customer cash receipts, assist with customer collections, and prepare a weekly analysis of accounts receivable balances.
- Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to assist in research on invoicing or other matters.
- Ensure day-to-day operational needs are met timely and with accuracy.
- Ad hoc and special projects, as requested.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- CPA certification required. OK if certification is in progress.
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Advanced Excel experience (NetSuite experience a plus).
- Detail oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve when necessary.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
