Retail Intern

Job description for Retail Intern at Expressions:

We’re looking for a cheerful and responsible individual who has the heart to serve customers in the beauty and spa industry and be responsible for overseeing the beauty and spa operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the Operations Manager in the supervision of store operations and manpower
• Manage front desk operations
• Attend to customer inquiries
• Perform sales pitch for spa and massage services
• Provide service excellence to garner good service reviews
• Handle customer complaints, if any, provide appropriate solutions and maintain excellent after-sales customer relationships.
• Responsible for merchandising presentation
• Work with the HQ marketing team to brainstorm and propose promotion activities, and ensure the prompt promotion and display execution
• Maintain exemplary spa environment in terms of cleanliness and tidiness
• Manage store inventory through requisition and stock taking.
• Daily reporting of spa and massage services and any other operational issues to management

Eligibility Criteria

• Background in Spa/Hospitality
• Customer-oriented
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to translate English to Chinese
