Purpose/ Mission
To achieve store sales target by providing excellent customer service.
Primary
Accountabilities:
• Achieve individual and/or shared sales target assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Build rapport and customer loyalty.
• Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs.
• Responds positively to customer complaints.
• Uses in-store interactive tools and product promotions to drive sales.
• Commitment to the team roster and positive attendance record.
• Keeping abreast of the latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards adhere to all times.
• To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.
Secondary
• To keep the store environment clean, neat, and tidy.
• To replenish merchandise, conduct stock check, and manage fitting room or stock room.
• Adhere to company retail standards, operation procedures, and policies.
Professional Background/ Experience
• Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales
• Industry: Preferably 3-6 months in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
• Exposure: Sports, Fashion
Education
• Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management
