We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager with a thing for food to help us build our virtual restaurants and raise brand awareness. Our ideal candidate is a creative data-driven person who possesses a strategic mind and has experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns.
The person is responsible for analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights for his/her portfolio of restaurants, helping shape as well as communicate our vision and mission, and translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. As the Restaurant Brand Manager, you would operate your Brand(s) as a mini-CEO where you'd own the entire P&L of your portfolio by measuring, reporting, and improving a) the performance of the product-market fit of your restaurant's menu/portfolio/packaging design, b) the ROI of communication campaigns, c) increasing Brand revenue by monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities while working closely with the kitchen operations and growth teams to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights for his/her portfolio Restaurants
- Shape and communicate the restaurant's vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team of chefs to curate the right product-market fit and launch new initiatives.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
- report performance of all campaigns and items performance.
- Drive and own the brand's profitability
- Monitor consumer reactions about its brand(s)
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product portfolio or Category/brand management or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional liasoning
- Problem-solving mindset
- Enjoys working with cross-functional teams
- Proven working experience owning strong business measures.
- Proven ability to develop brand strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective brand promotion campaigns
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Minimum Bachelors from an accredited University. An MBA/Masters would be a plus!
