Collaborate with product, design, data, and business to build a product that is solving real user problems, delivering business value, and feasible to be built.

Plan and Manage research team manpower and priorities

Responsible for professional career growth for the research team

Define frameworks and best practices in order to deliver excellent research results, including but not limited to: Ensure high-quality output from the research team; Ensure efficient workflow for the internal team; Ensure the research insights inform product-related decision making in an effective way

Job Requirement

• 4+ years of UX Research or similar role

• Leadership track record is preferred

• Excellent communication skill

• Excellent presentation skill

• Customer-Centric, passionate about user problem

• Strong knowledge of Qualitative and Quantitative Research
