Cannabis is big right now, and it needs a platform to match. Canix (YC S'19) is building the first generation of modern ERP software for a nascent industry. Our app helps customers cut costs, overcome compliance regulations, sell more product, and streamline their day-to-day; seed to sale, rain or shine.

Help re-engage our customers with our products and services by renewing their contracts. Manage relationships, clients strategies, and communicate the Canix values to existing clients. This role will focus on client retention and identifying opportunities for growth in our relationships with clients.
Canix operates with large clients in single or multi-year contracts that we need tracking. Help develop the systems and communication with these customers to ensure they get the most out of Canix and continue with our services.
This role is great for someone who has an understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise clients. Our team is distributed and you can work remotely inside the US. Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not necessary.
