What you’ll be doing:

Help re-engage our customers with our products and services by renewing their contracts. Manage relationships, clients strategies, and communicate the Canix values to existing clients. This role will focus on client retention and identifying opportunities for growth in our relationships with clients.

Canix operates with large clients in single or multi-year contracts that we need tracking. Help develop the systems and communication with these customers to ensure they get the most out of Canix and continue with our services.

This role is great for someone who has an understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise clients. Our team is distributed and you can work remotely inside the US. Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain institutional relationships through a consultative process
  • Negotiate and renegotiate contracts with existing clients
  • Understand how to develop solutions based on client needs with out of the box thinking
  • Diagnose low vs. high-risk clients and devise resolution strategies
  • Become an expert in the Canix platform and communicate our value proposition

Requirements

  • B2B SaaS Sales or Customer Support experience
  • Previous work with medium-large companies
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Knows how to develop processes and organize a structure for a contract renewal process
  • Metrics-driven
