Job Responsibility
IT support personnel to troubleshoot & solve IT problems remotely for clients.
Must be well versed in Microsoft Windows OS, including Server OS. Mac OS is a plus.
Training is provided.
Troubleshoot & solve all kinds of errors
Document clients IT environment
Record all tasks performed
Job Requirements
Applicants must possess a degree/diploma in IT and related fields.
Must be able to work independently.
Experienced in IT Support: 1 year (Preferred)
