Remote: We are a fully remote company with team members from over 5 countries.

Culture: We never count hours and measure team members by performance and communication only. We 100% trust team members to perform tasks and to be honest with each other.

Meetings: We have a no-BS-meeting policy. We will have one weekly with the whole company and another one with the dev team. That's it.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, end-to-end.
• Proven experience with React, NodeJS and MongoDB.
• Proven experience building complex web applications, considering clean and simple architecture, security, scaling, performance and maintainability.
• Good understanding of data modeling.
• Experience working in a product company.

Would be nice to have also:


• Experience with Next.js.
• Availability in US Eastern Time Zone (or similar)
