Job Description :
- Plan class schedules and optimize the time slots for classes
- Establish communication channels with students and parents with regards to class scheduling and details
- Attend to students’ / parents’ inquiries in terms of technical and administrative issues
- Arrange and coordinate trial classes, post-class teacher-parent communication, and replacement classes
- Disseminate and explain necessary information to parents.
- Explain pre-admission reports to parents
- Ensure accurate attendance records
- Assist the department in other work-related matters and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Able to communicate with parents and teachers bilingually in both English and Chinese
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2 years working experience, with at least 1 year related to learning center operations
- Good IT skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, ie Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Passionate and positive working attitude with a willingness to commit to the extra mile for customers
- Meticulous and paying attention to details
Weekly Work Schedule:
- 4 weekdays: 11 am to 8 pm
- 1 weekend: 10 am to 7 pm
