We’re excited to hire multiple Regional Managers who will be responsible for a matrix organization consisting of Facility and Customer Success Specialists.

What You’ll Do:

Drive data-driven strategies and processes with flexibility to address the needs and changes of the respective territory Monitor a wide array of performance-and-financial based metrics, and set performance objectives within assigned territory Assess territory performance against set OKRs and drive business results that align with CareRev’s overall strategy Monitor overall regional performance based on Net Revenue, GMV, and P&L statements Implement strategies and oversee various programs and processes including compliance, risk management, and compliance with company policies or local laws Manage the activities, performance, development, and capabilities of the supply chain needed to support the funnel and associated activities Partner closely with Operations and Growth stakeholders to maximize our marketplace, allowing healthcare professionals to support our patients Collaborate with cross functional teams on market trends and opportunities for increasing the professional funnel in addition to territory growth Drive analysis on strategic decisions, including understanding key levers to improve results and clarify tradeoff decisions Proactively identify and solve opportunities for improvement What We’re Looking For:

Experience in the growth stage of a company is vital to ensure success in this role 4-6 years of consulting experience Proven track record of recruiting top talent and managing people Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Enjoyment in identifying process improvements and comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders such as senior management and engineering/product Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and deliver regular updates Accustomed to meeting deadlines with ability to pivot quickly Data-driven approach, comfortable with holding the team accountable to monthly KPIs Proficiency in using Salesforce as a workflow management tool, and familiarity with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and other various presentation software (including metrics reporting) Experience using business intelligence (BI) tools such as Mode, Periscope or Tableau CareRev is building the #1 staffing platform for healthcare professionals. We partner with hospitals and medical centers across the US, and book thousands of specialized professionals through our app every month. CareRev is 100% remote. We have a small office in Los Angeles (Venice/Mar Vista) open for use by employees.
