As a Recruiter at Charge Robotics, you’ll directly impact our hiring process, create our pipeline of candidates, and deliver an excellent interview and hiring experience. You'll work alongside a talented technical team deploying robots that build solar farms.
What you’ll be working on
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Driving candidate recruitment process, including managing ATS
- Developing relationships with the engineering team to collaborate on sourcing
- Creating an excellent candidate experience
You
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Are detail oriented
- Have a strong sense of prioritization
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Are based in or can relocate to the SF bay area
- Gain satisfaction from personally playing a part in mitigating climate change

It’d also be nice if you
- Are passionate about and knowledgeable of the robotics industry
- Have 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting
- Have a 4-year degree in the liberal arts or a related area
