Pulppo has the great challenge of being a technological partner of a low-tech market!
As coach, you will be responsible for creating, planning and executing coaching plans for each Real Estate brokerage that Pulppo works with. The person leading the role will be responsible for creating high performing brokers out of the brokerages that Pulppo parters with.

About the person we are looking for. You are (or have):
- A passion to train and develop others, coaching experience is ideal.
- At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate. A clear understanding of the industry is clear for this role.
- Clear communication skills and a desire to talk, interact and manage real estate brokers.
- Experience building a coaching/community program is a plus.
- A desire to be part of a company in it's infant stages, so you can be a part of it's hyper-growth phase.
- Experience working at a startup (if it's in the company's early days, even better).
- Experience working in the early days of a team that grew and went from being an unstruct
- Experience working with multiple systems such as Intercom, Hubspot, Retool, Zapier and and similar tools.
