About the role:
You will communicate effectively QA strategy, processes and needs across organisation, as well as within the team. We will work together building our core financial products, debit cards or the future of spend management for Southeast Asia's 79 million small businesses. You will be in charge of shaping world-class quality strategy for our product delivery.

What will you be doing?
● Excellence in communication with stakeholders and leadership team
● Excellence in communication within distributed, multinational team
● Continuous improvement of the software delivery process (post-mortems, retrospectives)
● Continuous collaboration with Security and Compliance teams to ensure highest standards of QA process in highly regulated financial industry
● Continuous coaching and support of team members
● Planning and execution of career growth and trainings within the team
● Ensuring seamless knowledge transfer within the team
● Planning and execution of world-class quality strategy in SDLC
● Data-driven decision making
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
● 3+ years of experience as Manager
● 3+ years of experience in Testing with focus on automation
● Proven record of leading and improving software delivery process

● Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent organisational and time management skills
● Familiar with agile product development processes
● Familiar with modern QA tools and frameworks (no-code, cloud-based solutions)
