Project Manager
The Project Manager manages projects to successful and timely commercial launches. Projects may begin from early feasibility or may involve extending the use or application of an existing product to a new market. The Project Manager will contribute to the definition of project strategy and guide the project core and sub-teams to deliver on project objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing project tasks, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements
- Creating, maintaining and organizing necessary documentation and records; responsible for the quality of project deliverables and documentation
- Oversees and prepares project team budget including resources and costs collaborating with Finance
- Identifying, documenting and communicating project risks and contingency plans
- Tracking and communicating project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets
- Communicate, document, and archive project team activities and decisions; act as a primary contact for project team related information
- Facilitate project team meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the Program Management Office processes, related SOPs, and supporting materials
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field or equivalent
- 5 years industry experience including 2 years experience in progressively more responsible Project Management roles
- Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Project Management Professional certification is a plus
- Advanced understanding and ability to adhere to regulatory compliance requirements for pharmacy
- Proven ability to lead program teams from concept to market successfully
- Strong understanding of product development challenges and methods for resolution
- Demonstrated skills using software for Project Management
- Superior organizational skills with ability to multi-task and balance complex and routine work activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and manage cross-functional teams, influence business partners and get results through others. High-level business acumen
