As a Product Operations Manager, you'll help supercharge the strategy and execution of our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization. You will be working alongside EPD leadership and a group of talented PMs, EMs, and designers drive key strategic and operational initiatives, overall program management, and increased operational effectiveness and business rigor.
You Will
- Structure and run operational processes (e.g. OKRs, technical quality, product reviews, product planning) for a multi-product organization, driving operational efficiency, transparency, accountability and growth.
- Partner with Product Managers and cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful launch of new products
- Develop the analytical frameworks (dashboards) and operating models for a large 100+ person organization
- Lead team-wide programs that promote our culture of transparency, collaboration, and appreciation - for example, weekly product email, Product All Hands, quarterly offsites
- Own strategic initiatives to make the broader EPD team and overall business successful - for example, product launch support, product marketing, experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations or equivalent experience, preferably at a SaaS or consumer technology company
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently
- Strong written (emails, docs, slides) and oral communication
- Ability to work cross-functionally (up and across), and to proactively and confidently engage and influence stakeholders across the business
- Strong program management skills, with demonstrated ability to own a project from ideation to execution
- Someone who can work independently, ramp quickly to learn our business, and easily adapt in a fast paced, dynamic environment
The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
