Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in the IT Solution industry;
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or other relevant fields;
• Experience in the field of market research and competitive analysis;
• Experience in the field of event planning and execution for marketing products;
• Experience in creating a marketing communication sequence and marketing tools that lead to sales;
• Engage stakeholders with fresh ideas that will help increase conversion;
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
• Capable of working under pressure with the target and deadlines;
• Fast learner and an agile worker with ethics that is suitable to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and marketing activities (event, campaign, etc);
• Assisting Marketing Manager in creating a marketing plan and strategy for all Hukumonline products and services;
•Create an initiative event proposal, idea, and social media campaign activities; and
• Serving as a communication line between the company and potential clients.
