Since we graduated from Y Combinator's W20 class, we now cover several thousand employees with Benepass and are growing quickly. Our investors include Gradient Ventures, Y Combinator, and awesome angels like Aaron Levie of Box.
We're a small team looking self-starters and doers. Our professional backgrounds are incredibly diverse ranging from Wall Street to Google/Facebook to barbershops and professional sports. No matter your background, what we care about is passion, attitude, and learning agility.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Head of Marketing! This person will have the opportunity to set the foundation the marketing function at Benepass. We're looking for someone who resonates with what we're building and can strategically position our story, and will execute on tactics.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead demand generation and top of funnel acquisition
- Strategize and execute on content marketing
- Craft the message and positioning around our product
- Choose the best tools to build our your function/team
What we're looking for:
- Experience at a previous startup in B2B marketing. Knows what great looks like.
- Awesome communicator. You have a way with words that most of us do not.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves. We're a startup after all.
Nice to have:
- Experience with HR/People Ops buyer
- Experience at a startup (<100 people)
- Experience building a team
