Coming off the heels of raising our Series A funding of $8M by lead investor ACME VC, Regology is looking to scale the business by building out the Sales and Marketing functions in 2022. We are a small team but growing quickly, which means you'll help set the team's culture and significantly impact the next phase of our growth and beyond.
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and collaborative Product Marketer to join our fast-growing team!
About the Role:
As the Product Marketing Manager at Regology, you will be responsible for developing everything from product positioning and messaging, to GTM strategy and execution, product launches, enablement, and competitive intelligence, to driving product adoption. You will collaborate across many functions, including product management, marketing, engineering, sales, and customer success.
We are looking for a Product Marketer that is creative, analytical, collaborative, and a strategic thinker with a knack for story-telling.
Key Areas of Responsibility:

Market Intelligence and ICP – Drive customer, market, and competitive research to guide positioning and messaging, become an expert on our customers, how they buy, their buying criteria, our competition, and how to out-maneuver them.

Analyst Relations – Develop relationships with industry analysts such as Gartner to ensure they are up-to-date on our latest offerings and positioning.

Product Launch & Releases– Develop and execute a comprehensive product launch plan in partnership with Product, Marketing, CS, and other functional areas as needed; outlining the core deliverables, owners, and timelines for product functionality, marketing collateral, promotional activities, sales strategy, and customer success, pricing & packaging.

Customer Marketing – Understand and document the buyer's journey end-to-end, develop and improve processes, establish a consistent communications strategy to improve the overall customer experience, and create brand advocates. Work to bring our customer's voices and stories to life through case studies, testimonials, videos, speaking engagements, customer stories for sales, and customer reviews.

Collateral production – Create product marketing materials that maximize conversion at each step in the buyer's journey, including but not limited to case studies, technical collateral, product factsheets/brochures, webinar presentations, guides, website content, workflow diagrams, and product videos.

Sales enablement – Help inspire, equip and train our sales team to engage and win new customers. Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team by developing internal sales tools and resources that support the selling process of our products, including, but not limited to:

Sales pitch decks, including pitch training/talk track Create the story for product demos alongside the solutions consultant and make sure Sales can replicate "Cheat sheets" that neatly summarize the product's features, key points of differentiation, and objection handling
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B technology space
- World-class writing skills across different mediums, from web copy to collateral, pitch decks, user guides, product update newsletters, and video scripts
- Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits and value-based messaging across different customer segments.
- Strong analytical skills. You enjoy synthesizing data, discerning user insights, and developing market research.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and customer success stakeholders
- Scrappy and curious, constantly questioning the standard way of doing things and finding ways to do it better
- Not afraid to experiment and try cool stuff
- Experience in high growth, B2B SaaS culture
