Position Overview
We're searching for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help us build the foundation for product marketing at Treasury Prime. As an early member of the PMM team, you'll partner closely with product, sales, design, business development, and customer success to develop and execute campaigns in our high-growth environment.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will serve as the subject matter expert for the product, both internally and externally. Success requires developing a deep understanding of our customers, their use cases, and how Treasury Prime can help drive successful outcomes. The right candidate should be able to translate this into powerful messaging, personas, sales decks, campaigns, and other materials.
You will:
- Develop go-to-market strategies and drive launches for new products and features
- Become an expert on our product and roadmap, be informed about our competitor landscape, and communicate this information internally and externally
- Develop product positioning, positioning, messaging, personas, website copy, and other collateral informed by user research, market insights, and customer conversations
- Create, maintain, and train on sales enablement materials, including presentations, product screenshots, demos, how-to videos, FAQs, and talking points)
- Support partner marketing efforts, maximize the visibility of new partnerships and announce product capabilities to the market
- Foster customer relationships to develop references, drive case studies, and identify champions
- Act as a subject matter expert within the company, helping everyone understand key positioning and messages
- Have a portfolio of marketing collateral and campaigns, which may include writing samples, links to website pages, and creative assets you've produced
You may be a good fit for this role if you have:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience at high growth companies
- Experience working on marketing and growth throughout a product's lifecycle
- Genuine interest and understanding of the embedded banking space
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and strong intellectual curiosity
- Experience working in fintech or financial services is preferred but not required
- A bias towards collaboration! Your excitement to share your expertise with the team shows up in attention, diligence, and communication
