Zensors is looking for its first Product Marketing leader to play a critical role in building out the product positioning and product marketing strategy. On the inbound side, you will understand the market (audiences and competitive landscape) to continuously align our positioning and messaging. On the outbound side, you will lead product launches and drive activities in collaboration with your colleagues across the company to increase awareness and adoption of our product. In addition, you will use your experience to understand the landscape and provide thought leadership on Zensors capabilities and strategy. As an early marketing hire you have the opportunity to shape the go to market journey for the company and have outsized impact.
Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, PPC campaigns and website updates

Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients

Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization

Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging

Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

Work alongside product team to develop messaging for new products and launch them.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.

Excellent understanding of B2B marketing process around research , positioning and execution.

Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.

Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.

Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies.

An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
