Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Executive, your ultimate goal is to contribute to our products from the marketing perspective. What you’ll do:
- Continuously do market research, including talking to our customers (retailers and brands), gathering feedback about the products, proposing solutions that are highly customized for the Indonesian market.
- Be a bridge between the regional Product Development team and the local market. Become a source of knowledge for cultural differences, norms and habits to build a highly customized product for Indonesia.
- Review, create, and give suggestions to the Product team in almost every part of the product’s digital content, from the copy of the UI, to other content such as the FAQs and marketing campaigns.
- Work under a Product Manager, cooperate closely with the Sales and Business team to make sure our product strategy and marketing strategy are aligned.
Qualifications
- Exceptionally strong communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Super active, be able to gather insights and information on your own
- Good social skills, able to talk with our customers at ease to gather insights
- Strong curiosity, able to do research independently, as well as digging deep into the customers’ needs and pain points
- Love for generating marketing content for selling the values of the product
- Share the passion of building a great product
- Flexible, with a strong mindset to grow as the company grows
