About the Role: Legistify is searching for an Associate Product Manager. This role is for someone eager to innovate and introduce cutting-edge technologies and products. You'll play a key role in moving beyond traditional boundaries, pushing towards a future where technology drives efficiency and innovation.

What You Will Achieve::

1. Product Development: Take charge of defining, designing, and developing features, focusing on user experience and operational efficiency across our technology solutions.
2. Collaboration: Partner with UX designers and other Product Managers in the design process, offering support in the evaluation of proposals and designs.
3. Roadmap Strategy: Play a crucial role in shaping our product roadmap, ensuring your initiatives align with our strategic goals, and working in tandem with engineering teams for flawless execution
4. Product Execution: Guarantee that product requirements are accurately transformed into technical specifications and oversee the lifecycle of each product initiative.
5. Launch & Operations: Establish lkey success metrics for each project, evaluate success post-launch, and create necessary documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with Client Delivery teams to ensure products are delivered seamlessly.

Skills and Qualifications::

1. Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree coupled with at least 3 years of relevant product management experience. A background in tech-focused roles is highly desirable.
2. Strategic Thinking & Motivation: A strong strategic mindset with an innate motivation to drive projects from conception through to completion.
3. Product Lifecycle Management: Proven experience in managing product initiatives across different stages (design and development, initial deployment, field KPI collection, limited and general availability) Complex Problem Solving: The ability to understand complex trade-offs, communicate these effectively, and use data to guide decisions.
4. Tech Savviness: An enthusiasm for AI, data platforms, and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
5. Process-Driven Approach: A commitment to structured and consistent product development, ensuring high standards are met
6. Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging across functional teams.

Additional Expertise:

1. Experience with AI-driven products or projects.
2. Strong familiarity with SaaS-based solutions or enterprise analytics design.
3. Certifications like Scrum Product Owner, PMP, or an understanding of design thinking methodology.
