We are looking for Product Engineer/Manager to oversee our developer experience, ensuring excellence across all developer touch-points, including APIs, documentation, and dashboards. This role is a unique blend of product engineering, product management, and customer success, aimed at not only enhancing the product but also ensuring our developers have a frictionless, rewarding experience using our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Integration & Support: Oversee the client integration pipeline, allocating resources efficiently to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Customer Success Leadership: Spearhead initiatives to enhance product satisfaction, aiming to expedite the integration process and accelerate go-live timelines for our clients.

Developer Experience Management: Take charge of all developer-centric product aspects, such as dashboards and documentation, to continuously elevate the developer experience while actively soliciting and incorporating their feedback.

Developer Community Engagement: Lead our developer evangelism efforts across online platforms and in-person events, cultivating and nurturing a vibrant, diverse developer community.

Strategic Resource Management: Play a pivotal role in managing the allocation and utilization of engineering resources, ensuring that technical teams are effectively assigned to projects that align with the company's strategic objectives. This includes coordinating with other product owners and the engineering and strategically assign resources and plan development sprints, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and other product owners to ensure resources are effectively managed and projects are aligned across the board.

Technical Documentation Excellence: Review and enhance product documentation, leveraging your technical writing skills to create clear, comprehensive guides and resources for developers.
Requirements:

Relevant Experience: Proven track record as a Product Engineer/Manager in the B2B, Fintech, or Crypto industries, with a strong emphasis on API management.

Technical Proficiency: A solid technical background is essential, with direct experience in API development and integration. Proficiency in software engineering practices and methodologies.

Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated leadership abilities with exceptional skills in cross-team collaboration and communication.

Growth Mindset: Familiarity with Product-Led Growth strategies and a proactive approach to driving product adoption and user engagement.

Technical Writing: Experience in creating technical documentation, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required.
