Swifteam helps you manage the remote team's onboarding/offboarding and device purchasing, financing, approvals, storage, logistics, and management.
We’re looking for people with a strong background or interest in building successful products or systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces; you have exquisite attention to detail, and you’re comfortable learning new technologies. Software engineering and innovation are at the core of our team.
As a Product Manager, you will understand the core of products, services, and plan product iterations in a spectacularly robust fashion.
You will:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to iterate product features at large-scale
- Listen and meet with our core users to identify product road maps
- Improve product standards, tooling, and processes
You may be fit for this role if you:
- Over 3 years of Product Management experience, managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
- Passion and excitement for helping consumers and understanding their needs
- Experience shipping great products with great user experiences
- Experience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross-functional teams including engineering and design
- Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your product and team are successful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
