Ideal candidate profile:
PM or GPM with 2-3 years of experience shipping B2B digital products in a high-standard environment. Wants to have more responsibility over roadmap and product strategy and tradeoffs.
Main responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and execute on trimestral product roadmaps.
- Lead product discovery with our design team, create product specs with our engineering team and measure results with our data team.
- Maintain, together with the design team, a constant customer research cadence, with both sides of our marketplace.
- Interface with our operational teams to find opportunities to improve client experience, automate processes and improve internal tooling.
- Scan the market for new solutions and make build/buy decisions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Group Product Manager.
- Experience with B2B and complex multi-stakeholder digital products.
- At least a basic understanding of SQL (and a desire to learn more)
- Rapid prototyping: able to use current tools to set up quick tests and validate a hypothesis.
