Key Tasks
- Assist in defining overall product strategy, vision and roadmap
- Gather market insights competitor analysis and acts as a customer advocate to articulate and prioritizes customer needs
- Works closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering, and support) to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
- Define the development requirements based on market & customer insights along with the justification.
- Run beta/pilot tests to determine product-market fit, with regular checkpoints to ensure success metrics are delivered and customer expectations.
- Develops value proposition, positioning, and pricing for the product relative to the competition
Key Deliverables
- Market needs analysis
- Business requirements document
- Product roadmap
- Data capture of key performance metrics
- Presentations to translate all of the above to internal stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Track record in defining and delivering products that meet and exceed business objectives with at least two years in a similar product management role
- Proven experience overseeing all aspects of the product life cycle
- Data-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in cross-functional project management
Qualification
- Minimum University degree
- Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred
