We’re building Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., cleaners, landscapers, painters) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.
ProPhone is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with an excellent team of Matthew Konicke (Founding Head of Engineering), Dylan Stone-Miller (Founding Full Stack Engineer), Devansh Saini (Full Stack Engineer), Jonathan Stern (Full Stack Engineer), Michael Zhu (Growth Manager), and Ayo Coker (Business Development Representative).
We're YC-backed and seed-funded, and we’ve experienced rapid growth in 2022 with over 150% growth since January 1st across several hundred service businesses. We are looking for our first Product Management hire - an experienced and entrepreneurial product leader who will play a pivotal role in creating great products for our customers.

⚡ What you'll do
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests with new and existing customers to understand needs and test proposed features, respectively
- Translate learnings from user interviews and usability tests into actionable takeaways and propose product updates
- Research, design, and create product specifications for our engineering team to build various features
- Prepare, plan, and participate in biweekly sprints as well as quarterly and annual product roadmaps
- Work directly with designers, backend and frontend engineers to bring product features from concept to production
- Measure business impact of your product releases with data and user feedback
- Ensure high quality releases by testing our applications periodically
🎯 What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience as a product manager or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving and design-thinking skills to accurately capture user needs and translate those into features
- Analytical and data driven (bonus if worked with SQL, Heap Analytics)
- Solid understanding of Figma (bonus if worked with Tailwind UI Figma toolkit)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic, complex problems early
- Desire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environment
