We use technology to provide comprehensive tailor-made programs designed by leading doctors & coaches. By owning the entire ADHD patient experience right from diagnosis through to behavior change therapy, accountability coaching, community, medication management, and family support, we help people better manage their ADHD.
We are a fiercely ambitious 12 person team. Since launching in April, we have helped thousands of people manage their ADHD (as well as being the #1 ADHD app) and we’re just getting started. About the role
Your mission will be to own the product strategy, discovery, and delivery for our ADHD self-help mobile app. You will be responsible for driving product decisions and measuring success to help meet business objectives and cater to our members’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Set and track KPIs and success metrics to drive an understanding of product health
- Take ownership of our user research processes to ensure the team has a strong understanding of our members’ needs
- Establish a strong framework for prioritizing new product features and changes
- Determine a cadence for product discovery and work closely with clinical, content, design and the engineering teams to bring new ideas to life
- Be able to quickly ideate, wireframe and prototype new features on your own and with external design support
- Work closely with the engineering team to define clear requirements and plan methodically
- Work closely with the wider team to set goals and meet deadlines
- Communicate with stakeholders across the business to keep them informed and updated
- Work closely with the growth team to improve conversion rates across the funnel
About you
- 2+ years of experience in a previous product role (preferably at a high-growth startup)
- Track record of driving meaningful impact in your previous role (i.e. increasing retention)
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Strong technical understanding and obsessed with product/technology
- Highly analytical, data-driven and detail-oriented
- Commercially minded
- You have an MVP-mindset, a preference for speed, and validating ideas as quickly as possible
- Scrappy, willing to get your hands dirty, and wear multiple hats
- Comfortable with every aspect of product development and delivery
- True team player - highly collaborative
