• Drive end-to-end Product Creation process, either improvements on existing products or launching new products
• Lead ideation, design sprints, market/customer/product researches, product iterations, stakeholder management
• Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team – UI/UX, Tech/Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Content, Finance, Legal, etc
• Create comprehensive product definition documents (user stories, product requirements, etc
• Contribute to refinement or establishment of KPIs and product metrics
• Define the Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Provide leadership to the next generation of outstanding talents
• Ultimately, take the initiative to develop innovative solutions to some of Indonesia (& the world’s) most difficult challenges in Education and turn great ideas into compelling products that can be hyper-scaled
