We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager to steer our platform's continuous improvement, ensuring it's intuitive, reliable, and scalable.
Role Responsibilities:
Effective Communication: Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and maintain clear, regular communication with all stakeholders.
Enhance Product Development: Lead collaboration with tech teams to improve efficiency and ensure timely feature completion.
Manage Roadmaps: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap with clear milestones and targets.
Elevate Quality Assurance: Oversee rigorous testing and iterations, maintaining high reliability and user experience standards.
Customer Engagement: Work closely with select customers to understand their needs, ensuring product alignment with market demands.
Lead Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer service to robustly expand our product.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Prioritize Wisely: Choose product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Go-to-Market Support: Actively support and communicate with go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with product objectives and customer needs.
Focus on Scalability: Ensure scalability, managing data processing, storage, and system performance challenges.
Your Expertise:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5-10 years in product management, with a preference for SaaS, IoT, or ML products.
Industry Knowledge: Proficient in Cloud, SaaS, enterprise solutions, internal tools, or supply chain networks.
Product Development Skills: Proven experience in developing and launching B2B and B2C platforms, especially in a startup environment.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IoT, machine learning, and data analytics.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, thriving in a dynamic setting.
