Job Description
We are looking for a curious and creative problem solver who is highly collaborative and loves to tackle hard problems. Our ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial Product Lead with proven success in working with high growth B2C products.
The Product Lead is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, operations and growth to ensure user satisfaction goals are met. The Product Lead’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams
- Analyze user requirements through research and data and design product features accordingly
- Collaborate with engineering, operations and growth teams on development, QA, and product releases
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail (down to the pixel level)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional communication
- Ability to make clear and precise product documentation
- In-depth vision and the ability to think big-picture while handling day-to-day tasks
- Problem-solving mindset
- Enjoys working with cross-functional teams
- A good sense of product design and direction
- Bonus: CS background/engineering experience, SQL, Python, R
