Responsibilities
• Oversee all back end aspects relating to the client's projects and portfolios
• Implement strategy through strong communication mechanism which includes a plan of action, clear expectations, clear feedback, accountability, and appropriate solutions
• Obtain a broad understanding of clients' product technology and in-depth knowledge of their products.
• Manage a portfolio of Agency partners towards performance goals, including optimizing platform engagement, audience growth, community interaction, and business growth.
• Act as a driver to achieve on-time delivery of project tasks and deliverables
• Manage talent in terms of schedule and development related to alterly need
• Collaborate with Head of Alterly to enable system, tools and material sources to inspire creative approach and implementation to improve the operational process.
• Collaborate with PMO Lead to ensure timely tangible results through proper monitoring mechanism which involve regular report creation and submission regarding team goals and operational effectiveness among others.
