📝 Role Overview:
As a Product Designer at Reworkd AI, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our product. This is a contract position for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previous experience in UI/UX design and ideally possess some front-end development skills.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create intuitive web and mobile interfaces. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with micro-interactions.
- Collaboration: Work with the team on UI design initiatives from concept to shipping in a startup environment.
- Feedback and Iteration: Participate in a collaborative design process, giving and receiving feedback to refine designs.
- Design Standards: Uphold high design standards and stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Use analytics to guide design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
- Front-End Development: Collaborate with developers for design implementation, possibly involving HTML/CSS and JavaScript coding.
💡 Qualifications:
- You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking process and past work.
- Proficiency in design software like Figma, Spline, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Authorization to work in the United States and ideally located at San Francisco
- Familiarity with front-end development, including HTML/CSS; React is a big plus.
- Understanding of AI concepts or previous experience in the AI industry is a plus.
- B2B SaaS product design is a big plus.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $100,000- $130,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.
