Job role: Product Designer
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
Salary Range: 4LPA-5LPA
Please note that this is an on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability finding
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups
- Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design
- Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
- Plan and implement new website designs from scratch
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Test new ideas before implementing
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in product design, Interaction Design, or related field
- Knowledge of user journeys, onboarding flows, layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InDesign etc.
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent eye for detail
