Product Designer

The Role

Hoss is looking to hire our first Product Designer.

As the first product designer, you'll have the opportunity to make an outsized impact on our product and company. You'll be the one setting the foundation of our product design, design systems, and design culture, so we except this role will naturally evolve into a leadership position where you'll build the broader design function at Hoss.

You'll report directly to our cofounder and work closely on the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the design strategy
• Design flows and experiences for the Hoss platform
• Update and maintain our design system
• Work closely with Engineering
• Help us develop & scale best practices
