Ivella is building the best banking products for couples. We're on a mission to improve the way that couples approach finances, and we’re starting with a new way for couples to split expenses called the Split Account. We're a small team backed by Y Combinator and 26 other amazing investors.
This founding product design role is one of the most important roles that we’ll ever hire for. You’ll build and maintain our iOS, Android, and web design systems. You’ll work directly with Kahlil (our CEO and designer) to design the product, run customer interviews, host design reviews, scale the design team, lead the internal discussion around product design, and much more.
You Have
⚡️ A love for product design, user experience, and branding
⚡️ An obsession with creating and shipping magical products
⚡️ An intimate knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suite
⚡️ Experience building and maintaining design systems & components
Nice to Have
⚡️ An understanding of the hand-off process between design and code
⚡️ Experience and/or interest in gamification and game-design
⚡️ Webflow or similar web-design experience
⚡️ Experience with designing for digital or paid marketing
